An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. If you must reschedule an appointment, please notify us two business days in advance, because changes in appointments affect other patients, as well as our staff.

Directions to our office
From the Southside
Take I-85 North to GA-400 North. Take I-285 West. Follow I-285 to Roswell Road and turn left (inside the perimeter). Go approximately one and a half miles south. The large yellow mansion on the right side of the road is our office. Turn right onto Spruell Springs Road. Our driveway is the first on the right.
Take I-85 South to I-285 West.
From Gwinnett Co. Take I-285 to the Roswell Road Exit. Turn left onto Roswell Road (inside the perimeter). Go approximately one and a half miles south. The large yellow mansion on the right side of the road is our office. Turn right onto Spruell Springs Road. Our driveway is the first on the right.
From the Northlake Area
Take I-285 West to the Roswell Road exit. Turn left onto Roswell Road (inside the perimeter). Go approximately one and a half miles south. The large yellow mansion on the right side of the road is our office. Turn right onto Spruell Springs Road. Our driveway is the first on the right.
